Shipping policy

Every order placed with My Store goes through a short handling window before it ships. We typically get orders packed and out the door within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your package leaves our facility, most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, which varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Costs and Tracking

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order size, weight, and destination, and orders that meet our minimum spend threshold qualify for free standard shipping. As soon as your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress right up to your door. If tracking shows no movement for several days, reach out to us at service@walkvibe.shop and we will look into it.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns

We want you to be happy with what you ordered from My Store. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email service@walkvibe.shop with your order number and we will send you the next steps.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item, generally within 5-7 business days.
  • Need a different size or version instead? Let us know and we will set up an exchange for you.
  • Items that arrive damaged or if we sent the wrong product should be reported to service@walkvibe.shop within a few days of delivery, along with photos if possible, so we can send a replacement or process a refund at no extra cost to you.
